Eligibility: In order to participate in the race a person must be at least 18 years of age, for younger ages it is allowed with the consent of parents or guardians.

Prizes: A diploma is awarded to all runners who finish. Winners will be all those who participate.

Participation forms: Entries must be submitted by 2/03/2025.

Participation can be registered by: Online only through this site on the home page.

Symbolic Participation Cost: 10€.
Includes:

- Entry number with the runner's full name
- T-shirt with race logos
- Participation certificate with logo with logo of the athlete's name and logo of the race.
- Participation medal

Part of the proceeds will go towards event expenses and the remainder towards charity.

Payment methods: Only by using a CREDIT CARD ( via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express)

Health cover
In any case, all runners participate at their own risk.
The organizers have no responsibility for anything that happens regarding health issues and is due to lack of preventive medical check-ups.
It is recommended that participants have undergone a recent medical examination prior to participating in the race.
The organizers will not ask for medical certificates for any athlete, since, all participants compete at their sole risk and minors at the risk of their guardians.

Support Stations
There will be volunteer support stations along the route of the 5km race.
Bottled water will be made available to all participants at the start and finish.

Mileage indications
There will be a mileage indication at each kilometre of the race route.

Time limit for completing the race
The time limit for finishing the race is one hour, ending at 12:30.

Hours of operation: Friday 7/03/2025 from 17:00 p.m. - 19:00 p.m.
Saturday 8/03/2025 from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 

Cancellation policy
Cancellations are accepted only upon written request and only until 2/3/2025. After this date, no cancellation requests will be accepted. In case of cancellation, the participation fee will be refunded to the applicant, after deduction of 2 euros for administrative reasons. Any refunds shall be made approximately one month after the race.
By registering for the races ,it means that you also accept the cancellation policy.
